Hi. ive just been building patches for albino
and made a patch which does scratching.

It's bascially FM synthesis using two sine waves and slowed right down. I then attached an LFO to a filter cutoff to make it sound more realistic.

Personally if someone played this to me and told me it was them scatching i would belive them.

Im going to remake the patch using reaktor at some point. The reason why is because i would like the modulation target to be an audio file instead of a sine wav. Although you can input audio into albino you can only use it as the modulation source not the target.

worth a pop anyway.

wow it's probably been almost a year since I've posted. i think the last battle i was in was in may of 2006. I just have been making websites in my extra time. I play every now, and started to learn to read music, it's easy for me. I remember having lessons in 6th grade, i learned how to read music for one week in class and its coming back to me. lots of ideas to incorporate into my music, when I play songs written by other.

I have a couple of tunes that are posted on myspace at the moment that I would like to get some opinions on. I have never really posted anything about my music on a forum so I hope I get some good feedback on the things that are good and also the things that are bad. I released a tune with others of a label called FreeStyleRecordings and I am currently going to release a tune on PeerPressureRecordings for a tune that I have posted called NothingWrong.
